The Mohegan Sun resort casino has announced that the Bon Jovi concert scheduled for Saturday night has been postponed because of the snow storm.

The concert at the casino was supposed to kick off a new tour of U.S. destinations. It was rescheduled for October 25 and Saturday night's tickets will be honored.

Some ticketholders said they paid upwards of $500 per seat.

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy declared a state of emergency because of the storm, which blanketed the state with as much as three feet of snow.

Roads are open to drivers, but some are worried about the slippery conditions and if it was safe to drive.
