20-30 dogs were taken from a Delaware County animal shelter Friday night.
PSPCA officers raided Angel Shepherd Rescue on 10th Street in Marcus Hook, PA.
Officials won't say why the dogs were taken from the building, but did confirm an investigation has been going on for months. Officials also say nearby residents called police for excessive barking.
