A Ukrainian TV reporter trying to crash the Oscars this Sunday did not get very far. Police arrested the man before he could get down the red carpet, but he can't say he wasn't warned.
Ukrainian correspondent Vitalii Sediuk was ordered in writing to stay away from Sunday Night's Academy Awards. Oscar officials sent a letter after Sediuk crashed the Grammy Awards, managing to get on stage with Adele.
The warning didn't stop Sediuk from showing up at the Dolby Theater in a white limo, dressed in a swan costume recalling the ensemble the Icelandic singer, Bjork, sported at the 2001 awards.
Police made good on their promise to arrest the prankster if he showed up. He was cuffed upon arrival.
Sediuk is a notorious nuisance in Hollywood, attracting millions of viewers to YouTube videos of his stunts. He was famously slapped in the face by Will Smith in 2012 after he tried to kiss the star at the Men in Black III premier.
