Dr. Bob Arnot went from 208 lbs. to 190 lbs. while training for a bike race. He credits the use of chia seeds in his diet for the significant drop. He based his successful book, The Aztec Diet, on his experience and that of dozens of people he studied who also used the seed..
"The chia seed expands to 7x its size. It fills you up so you don't feel like eating. Your brain feels great and you feel full," said Dr. Arnot.
