Short bouts of exercise can benefit health

There are huge health benefits to climbing steps. A new study found just taking the stairs could have a huge impact on your weight loss.

A study out of Oregon State University found doing short bouts of exercises can give you the same benefits as going to the gym for a concentrated amount of time.
