One judge's ruling to let a former police lieutenant off the hook for slapping a woman on-camera has upset many people.

Members of Occupy Philly, a group known for its opposition to many government decisions, rallied outside of City Hall in Philadelphia on Friday.

Aida Guzman, the woman in the video, also attended. Guzman was struck by Lt.. Jonathan Josey after last year's Puerto Rican day Parade.

Earlier this week, the judge in the trial acquitted Josey of assault charges. The judge asserted that the video was a poor representation of all that was going on in the party after the parade.
