PHILADELPHIA -
Police in Philadelphia are searching for the man who fired shots from an alley that shattered the window of SEPTA bus, causing a passenger to be hit with broken glass.
The shooting happened on February 25 around 1 a.m. right after the bus stopped to pick up passengers at 56th and Market streets.
As the bus left the stop and continued northbound on Market Street, police say a man fired several shots from an alley, with one of the bullets hitting the bus.
Surveillance video obtained by police shows a suspect enter the alley around the time the bullets were reported to have hit the bus.
Police describe the suspect as a black man who was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and light colored cargo pants.
If you have any information, you're asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS (8477) or by text message to PPD TIP or 773847.
