Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Wind and rain have caused delays for some arriving flights into Philadelphia International Airport Wednesday.

According to the FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center, a Traffic Management Program is in effect at the airport, which is causing some arriving flights to be delayed an average of just over three hours.

Some departing flights are also delayed. The FAA says flights headed to Newark International Airport in New Jersey, La Guardia Airport in New York and Fort Lauderdale, Florida are also experiencing delays.

You can check the status of your flight on the FAA website.

Tuesday morning will feature another round patchy fog. It will be a mild and muggy start with temps in the mid 60s for the city and around 60 for the suburbs.  Look for more clouds than sun with highs the low 80s. There could be a few spotty showers during the day.
