The much anticipated sequel to the Will Ferrell classic "Anchorman" is currently being shot in the metro area.
Movie extras wearing their best getups from the 1970s strolled down 14th Street in northwest Atlanta for shooting of "Anchorman 2" on Friday.
Filming was in and around the famous Silver Skillet Restaurant.
In addition to Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell and Luke Wilson all return for the sequel.
New to "Anchorman 2" are Harrison Ford and "Saturday Night Live" alum Kristin Wiig.
Filming will continue in metro Atlanta.
"Anchorman 2" is scheduled for release this Christmas.
