NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. -

A Newark man was arrested in connection to a bomb threat that was called in to the New Castle County Courthouse earlier this month.

According to Delaware Capital Police, 53-year-old James Thomas is accused of calling in the threat. Thomas was arrested at his home on Tuesday.

Capital police say the threat, which was made earlier this month, prompted an evacuation of the courthouse.

James was arraigned and charged with Terroristic Threatening, which is a Class F Felony, according to police.
