Bail Set At $50K For Former High School Dean Accused Of Having Sex With Teen

PHILADELPHIA -
Bail was set at $50,000 during at an arraignment for the former Northeast High School dean of students accused of having sex with a 17-year-old.
Mark Williams, 56, faces Institutional Sexual Assault of a Student, Interference with the Custody of a Child and other related charges, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office announced.
Williams turned himself in to police Tuesday morning.
The DA says the case is still under investigation and ask anyone with information to call the police department's special victim's unit at 215-685-3251.
