SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

For the first time in more than a thousand years, a non-European has been chosen to lead the worlds over one billion Catholics.

What does the elevation of Pope Francis mean for the faithful?  Our panel takes a closer look at where the Catholic Church goes from here.

Joining Huel Perkins and Charlie Langton to discuss:

Teresa Tomeo, a speaker, consultant and broadcaster.  She is a familiar face to many who watched her for years on TV.  She now hosts a daily talk show on Ave Maria Radio AM 990.

Monsignor Michael Bugarin, pastor of St. Joan of Arc Parish in St. Clair Shores and an expert on church law.

And Al Kresta, an author, journalist and missionary, who was born protestant, but converted to Catholicism.
