Accidental Email Blast Sends Out 500 Student GPAs

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Talk about "oops." Saint Joseph's University is apologizing for an email blast that sent out the GPAs of upperclassmen.

The university blamed the incident on an internal human error.

The email came from the dean's office earlier this month, including a spreadsheet of grade point averages from the university's school of business.

Nearly 500 undergrads got the email.

The school says they told all students impacted the same day this happened.
