'The Bible' Producers Discuss Series, Recent Controversy

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

"The Bible" is now the most popular show on cable television. The final part on the death and resurrection of Jesus airs this Sunday on the History Channel.

Everyone has been buzzing about this epic show! And Tuesday morning on "Good Day" we had the creators, producer Mark Burnett and his wife, actress Roma Downey.

In the video clip above, find out what they had to say about the recent controversy involving reports that a character playing Satan bears a resemblance to President Barack Obama.

We also asked them, as Christians, how important it was for them to bring the story of Christ into the households of millions. And we also asked about the three novels they've written, one of which is now a New York Times bestseller.
