A Bucks County man's history of drunk driving has finally landed him in prison.
A judge sentenced Lawrence Konyves to 5-to-10 years in prison after his 13th DUI.
The 47-year-old Yardley resident tried to get the judge to let him serve a part of his sentence in jail and in rehab.
The judge rejected his plea calling him a "grave risk to the community."
