PHOENIX -

Phoenix Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly killed one man and injured another at an apartment complex near 51st Avenue and Indian School Road.

Phoenix Police Sgt. Steve Martos says Johnny Espindola and his 54-year-old brother were approached by an Hispanic male suspect in the complex's parking lot on Friday night.

Martos says all three men got into an argument that escalated and became physical.

The suspect allegedly injured both Espindola and his brother. Police haven't released how the brothers were wounded.

Espindola was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

The 54-year-old man was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.

The suspect is described as an 18 to 25-years-old Hispanic man.
