UPPER DARBY, Pa. -

A mechanical issue with the wheel of SEPTA's Norristown High-Speed Line forced passengers to exit the train Monday night.

The incident happened around 9 p.m. near the 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby.

A SEPTA spokesperson tells FOX 29 there were passengers on the train at the time but no one was injured.

Shuttle buses were made available to passengers.

By Tuesday morning, SEPTA was reporting that service had resumed to normal operations on the Norristown High-Speed Line.
