Beer Heaven Assault Suspect Surrenders After Seeing Himself On TV

Philadelphia Police have arrested the man they say assaulted an employee while shopping in a craft beer store.

Frederick Robinson, 33, of Philadelphia, PA turned himself into police after seeing the surveillance video starring himself aired on local TV stations. 

The incident occurred on March 31 when Robinson was in Beer Heaven in South Philadelphia.  Following an argument between a store employee, Robinson whipped out a gun and proceeded to stomp on the stomach of the employee. 

Robinson and his female companion then fled the store on foot.

Frederick Robinson is charged with Aggravated Assault and related offenses.
