ARDMORE, Pa. -

Some realtors are looking forward to the month of June when the famous Merion Golf Club hosts the U.S. Open.

Some homeowners near the famous club, which is among the oldest in the nation, are renting out their homes for the week of the tournament.

Realtors say the asking price for rentals during the week range from $5,000 to six figures, and as usual, it's all about location.

Traffic is expected to be a nightmare and the nearest hotels, which are at least five miles away, are already booked.

The last time the U.S. Open was held at Merion was in 1981. Realtors say it's a huge opportunity, not just for spectators, but also for corporations who want to impress clients.
