No hidden fees. No gimmicks. That's what Kid Rock says about his eye-popping concert ticket prices for his upcoming summer tour.

The Detroit rocker is selling tickets for a flat rate of $20 in every section of the house.

Kid Rock says he's able to make the move because things are good for him right now and he wants to make the concert a better experience for his fans.

The tour comes to DTE Energy Music Theatre August 9-11. Tickets go on sale Saturday morning.

Paperless tickets are being used where possible to further help reduce scalping. Fans will have the option of paper and paperless tickets, but Kid Rock has chosen to use paperless tickets as it is a proven method of getting face value tickets directly into the hands of his real fans so they don't have to pay an astronomical mark up by scalpers.

Participating Walmart and Live Nation box office locations will offer all-in $20 tickets, All tickets sold via other outlets will carry additional service fees and/or parking fees where applicable.
