PHILADELPHIA -

Police said Wednesday that they're seeking information from the public on the whereabouts of a missing 7-year-old girl from Philadelphia.

Marina Muller, of Upper Kensington, was reported missing by her mother as of Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. and has not been seen since, police said in a news release.

According to police, Marina was picked up by her father, David Searles, a 37 year-old Hispanic male, at Second and Spring Garden streets and "refuses to disclose the location or return Marina to her mother."

Searles' last known address was on the 2000 block of North Front Street, police said.

Marina is described as being about 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 70 pounds with brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to contact the police department's East Detectives Division at 215-686-3243 or 215-686-3244.
