TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A new report card says most Tucson roads are in poor condition.
The Arizona Daily Star reports a new report card from the Pima Association of Governments says around 52 percent of the city's roads are in poor condition and 15% of intersections received a grade of "F."
According to the report, only 4.5 percent of Tucson roads were labeled "excellent." The report also says about 43 percent are in fair to good condition.
The report says the most congested intersection is at Ajo Way and Alvernon Way, where the average delay is 3.3 minutes.
The agency rated local pavement conditions using the "International Roughness Index."
