SELLS, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say four people were injured and taken to hospitals after a school bus accident in a rural area of southern Arizona.
The accident occurred late Monday afternoon west of Sells on the Tohono O'odham Nation.
Business Manager Daniel Fleury of the Baboquivari Unified School District says the driver, an adult and two students were on the bus taking students home from school.
Fleury says the four people on the bus were released from hospitals after being treated for minor injuries.
According to Fleury, the bus ended up on its side next to State Route 86 and that the cause of the accident is under investigation.
The Border Patrol says its agents and paramedics assisted Tohono O'odham police in responding to the accident.
