NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A DJ who performed at several youth parties in Orange County is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.

The New York state police say that Dean Picariello, 22, of Montrose is accused of befriended the girl and then raping her in a motor home he was living in at a department store parking lot.

Police say that Picariello was operating under the name of “DJ Dino Mack”.

They say that Picariello was already out on bail from Westchester County, on an unrelated, but similar crime that he was charged with on December 19, 2012 when he was rearrested.

Picariello was arraigned and was sent to the Westchester County Corrections in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.  He is due back in court in Newburgh on May 7, 2013.
