Donald Trump money giveaway

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Real estate mogul Donald Trump says he wants to help people in need so he's giving away thousands of dollars.

Trump launched a new crowd funding site called FundAnything.com

To celebrate, Trump gave away the cash on Wednesday. One of the recipients received $25K and the other received $15K.

"I found out a few days ago that I was selected by Donald Trump to be the recipient of his funding. I am funding my own musical career, said Celeste Buckingham, an aspiring singer/songwriter from Nashville.

"You can raise money for anything you need. A medical emergency, college, a school uniform. You go there, tell us your story and you tell your friends about it and sometimes Donald will pick some people to fund," said Bill Zanker, founder.

The website helps users raise money for causes and takes a percentage of the cash based on whether the project meets its goals or not.

Trump will be handing out briefcases filled with cash outside the Trump Tower at 57th St. and 5th Ave. in Manhattan on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m..

News isn't breaking -- it's already broken apart into something completely different than it once was. And all you need are these two reliable sources to verify that fact: the millennial generation and one a few before it.It's unclear what's scarier: how much news has changed or that someone knows Joel Waldman and not Murrow, Cronkite or Brokaw. Either way, with the emergence of everything from Twitter and Facebook and alternative news websites from Mashable to Gawker.

Music is a powerful force that impacts how we feel, think and react to many things in life. Music has healing power, sets a mood and even influences how we eat and shop. Whether you're at the grocery store or shoe shopping, there's usually music on. Music is everywhere and we can listen to whatever we want.
