ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) -

Wednesday is all about minimum wage at the Minnesota Capitol.

The Senate takes up its own version of the minimum wage bill today, calling for minimum wage to increase to $7.50 per hour, effective Aug. 1, 2013.

The House bill passed last week calls incremental steps up to $9.50 per hour by Aug. 2015. Both bills create annual increases in the minimum wage indexed to inflation.
