SEPTA Holds Open House For King Of Prussia Rail Project

Posted: Updated:
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -

SEPTA is considering making travel to the King of Prussia mall much easier for thousands of shoppers.

The agency held a meeting today to discuss the so-called King of Prussia rail project. The plan would expand the Norristown High Speed Line to both the mall as well as to the Valley Forge Casino.

Tonight's meeting is just an early step in the proposal. It's primary focus is to get the public's input on the current plans and alternatives.

An actual rail extension would still be years away.
