Kids React To Controversy Over Cheerios Commercial

Do you remember that Cheerios commercial that was deemed offensive by many people because the parents in it were mixed race?

Well now it's getting a different reaction, from some very insightful kids.   

First, take a look at the spot that caused so much controversy.  

That commercial was played for a group of kids who were then told that it angered thousands of Americans because it featured an interracial couple.    

Then, take a look at the kids response.  One was in shock.  They seem to be a bit angry because they cannot understand why people would be offended.

The kids in the video are between the ages of seven and 13.     The video which was posted on youtube has about four million hits.
