GILBERTON, Pa. -

"For all you guys who cried and cried about, oh I used profanity... BLEEEEEEEP you!"

Meet Police Chief Mark Kessler of Gilberton, Pennsylvania.

According to his YouTube post, this is his way of saying he's sorry.

"You get that? You get that? Huh? Huh? You bunch of BLEEPING BLEEPS," He yells.

The profanity laced tirade posted by Chief Kessler was in response to another video posted on YouTube where Kessler is seen using guns to explain his stance on the right to bear arms.

People complained. But the chief, well, he was just getting started.

"If you didn't like it the first time around.. come get some more," he exclaims.

Kessler is the only officer in this one-police-car town. He's shown throughout the two-and-a-half minute video firing off barrage of bullets from three automatic weapons, each time using some choice words to his viewers.

"I have another message for you..Go BLEEP yourself."

Some residents who pay Kessler's salary were shocked to see the video.

"It was kind of crazy. It was out character for him I think," says one resident

But another resident didn't feel shocked at the video.

Kessler is member of the local school board, and he formed his own citizen militia called the Constitutional Security Force.

"It was like watching an R rated movie," says Mary Lou Hannon.

The mayor of Gilberton says tells us she's fielded hundreds of calls from across the country demanding Kessler's resignation. Her bosses are defending their chief of 14 years.

"He was off duty when he did it[,] so what our employees do on their off time is on their personal time," says Mary Lou Hannon, the Gilberton Mayor.

"He wanted to get peoples attention. And that he did," says Daniel Malloy, the Council President.

A borough council meeting was scheduled for tomorrow to talk about this, but because of security concerns the meeting was rescheduled for next week.

We tried to reach Chief Kessler, but he is out of town on vacation.

You can watch his YouTube clip in the video player at the bottom of this page or click here.
