Baby Ear Piercing: Is This Acceptable?

A picture of Gisele Bundchen's young daughter has some moms upset - and it all has to do with the little girl's accessories.

The supermodel mom tweeted a picture of 8-month-old Vivian.     Some were surprised to see tiny gold-studded earrings.     It set-off a debate on mommy blogs.    

Some mothers say infants should not have their ears pierced.    

Others say, it's no big deal.  They argue that Gisele is from Brazil -- where the practice is common for infants.
