All eyes are on Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and the City Council as the deadline looms over the school district's Doomsday Budget.

Superintendent William Hite issued a dire warning- that city schools may not open if they don't get $50 million dollars in the next week.

Now, a bitter battle has started between the two sides.
