NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has filed a $40 million lawsuit against real estate mogul Donald Trump over what Schneiderman calls a phony "Trump University" that promised to make students rich.

Trump has refuted the fraud claim about the university he founded.

"It's a very straight forward fraud case. You're not allowed to make false representations to induce people to pay for your classes and then not deliver on those classes," said Schneiderman.

Trump has said Schneiderman is "a political hack" and is "just trying to get publicity."

"People thought they were going to meet Donald Trump and what they got was a cut out of him. It was a bait and switch," said Schneiderman.

Trump has said the majority of students were satisfied with their education at Trump University.

"A lot of the money went into his pocket. We want to get the money back for the students," said Schneiderman.

At least a dozen scathing reviews were printed about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s new book on a preservative used in vaccines before it was released. It's not fair, says Kennedy Jr., and he explained why during Good Day New York. "They attacked me for what they believed was going to be in the book which was a discussion about autism and that is not in the book," said Kennedy Jr.
