Masterchef Junior: Cooking pasta salad with Kaylen!

Letting your kids run wild in your kitchen might sound like a big mistake-- unless your child is a Masterchef!  The hit FOX show is taking a new twist as kids compete for the title. 

Good Day's Paul Milliken got a preview, and he also got the chance to cook with one of the contestants, 11-year-old Kaylen!

Here's the recipe Kaylen shared with us on Good Day:

Kaylen's Pasta Salad
Start with 3 cups bowtie pasta.  Add in (to taste):
scallions
feta cheese
Sundried tomatoes
chopped up bacon
chopped chicken
cucumber
sliced green olives
pinch of basil

Coat with Italian dressing.  Top with goat cheese and serve.
