Officer Ed "Bam Bam" Bamberger was on Good Day today. Besides being a Montgomery County corrections officer, he's also the strongest man in Pennsylvania. He won the power lifting competition this year. Watch him effortlessly lift dumbbells, rocks (Mike Jerrick claims it's a gallstone) and even people.

Officer Bamberger, 26, is originally from the Pottstown area. He tells FOX 29 that he has wanted to be a power lifter since he was teenager. He did his first "Strong Man" competition last year and placed fifth. This year, after more training and discipline, Bam Bam has won. He placed not only first in the heavyweight category (300+ lbs). He's also was rated strongest overall in the. Bamberger hopes to join the professional circuit next year. If he makes it, he'll be one of those guys you see on ESPN.

Besides being a power lifter and a corrections officer, Officer Bamberger is also a student at Kutztown University. He's pursuing a BA in Psychology.
