The coroner's offic ehas confirmed that the fourth person killed a week ago when a private jet crashed at Santa MonicaAirport was the son of the man thought to have been piloting the plane.

The fourth victim was identified as 28-year-old Lucas Benjamin, of Malibu, son of Mark Benjamin, the 63-year-old president of Santa Monica-based Morley Builders.

Lucas Benjamin was presumed to be the boyfriend of crash victim Lauren Winkler, 28, of Irvine.

Winkler worked for an organization called Save A Child's Heart, which provides free open-heart surgery in Israel to children from Africa and the

Middle East, according to an article on the website of Irvine-based BusinessGhost Inc.

Fifty-three-year-old San Diego resident Kyla Dupont was identified as a crash victim last week.

The twin-engine Cessna Citation 525A -- which took off in Hailey, Idaho -- slammed into a hangar after veering off the runway about 6:20 p.m. September 29th  following its landing, causing the structure to collapse and sparking an explosive fire that spread to two other hangars.

The four people killed had traveled to Idaho for the weekend. the bodies of a dog and two cats also were found in the wreckage.

The National Transportation Safety Board isinvestigating the crash.

According to Van McKenny of the NTSB, "there was no communication (from) the pilot indicating there was a problem with the aircraft at any time during the flight."

A witness said a tire on the landing gear might have blown out on touchdown, causing the plane to swerve off the runway to the right.
