PSPCA Issues Arrest Warrant In Cat Burning Case

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Pennsylvania SPCA officials say they know who they're looking for in a cat-burning case in Olney.

An arrest warrant is issued for Tyrique Hall. The SPCA says he and an accomplice, seen walking the street on surveillance video, are wanted for setting a cat on fire Sunday morning at Third  Street and Wellens Avenue.

The PSCPA is offering a $500 reward for tips leading to Hall's arrest.

Officials say they're narrowing their search on the second suspect.

The cat, called Campbell, is expected to be in the PSPCA's care for six to eight weeks.
