PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police need the public's help in identifying a robbery suspect who's shown on surveillance taking money from a Fast Food restaurant.

The suspect, according to surveillance, is a black male, 40-45 years-of-age, 5'6″-5'7" with a medium build. At the time he was captured on surveillance, he has a goatee and wears a black knit cap, a tan hooded jacket, dark colored pants, white sneakers and eyeglasses with thick rims. Watch the video for more details.

According to police, the first incident occurred on November 12, 2013, at 10:10 p.m. The unknown male entered the Pizza Hut located on the 6200 block Stenton Avenue and approached the counter with his hand inside his jacket pocket simulating he had a weapon. According to police, the suspect stated to the employee who was standing behind the counter, "Open the cash register and give me all the money". When the employee alerted other co-workers of the robbery, investigators say, the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction without taking any money.

The second incident took place on November 19, 2013, at 7:15 p.m. when the same suspect entered Kentucky Fried Chicken also located on the 6200 block Stenton Avenue. This time, according to authorities, he handed an employee a demand note stating he had a handgun. When the employee opened the cash register, surveillance shows the suspect reaching over the counter and take $100 in cash from the drawer. He then fled in an unknown direction.

If you see this suspect do not approach him, contact 911 immediately.
