Diamond Ring Left In Salvation Army Kettle

Posted: Updated:

The Salvation Army finds a hidden gem among the donations, a diamond ring inside one of the organization's kettles and it's not the first time.

Since 2010, this Salvation Army in Pinecrest, Florida has been receiving big-ticket gifts.

"It's our 4th year receiving from the same person," Linda Payton of the Salvation Army said. "Basically she calls and says you might want to check one of your kettles at this location."

The organization believes they're all from the same anonymous donor. In this case, it was outside a supermarket. The ring is believed to be worth about $3500
