ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - A Maryland casino will hold a job fair next week for soon to-be laid off workers at Atlantic City's Atlantic Club Casino Hotel.
Maryland Live! will interview employees of the Atlantic Club who will lose their jobs when it closes down on Jan. 13.
The Atlantic Club was sold last month in a bankruptcy auction to two competitors, Tropicana Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment, who will strip it for parts and shut it down.
About 1,600 workers are losing their jobs.
Maryland Live! is located at the Arundel Mills Mall, halfway between Baltimore and Washington in Hanover, Maryland.
