Photos Of Daughters' Last Celebration Before Mother Passed

Posted: Updated:

Newly-released pictures shared by the photographer show the beautiful wedding shared by three Snellville, Ga. sisters back in October. Millions of people were touched by the triple wedding planned by the sisters so that their mother could attend before she passed away.

After a four year long battle with breast cancer last year, doctors gave mother Becky Swales months to live. Her daughters Jodie, Kaylee, and Sarah, who were already engaged, decided to hold their wedding together so that their mother could attend. Then the news got worse, doctors suddenly told the family that Becky had less than a month to live.

Their mother was their best friend, and the three daughters were determined to have her see them walk down the aisle. They pushed the wedding up by a couple weeks. The official reception occurred on October 26, 2013.

The newly released photos share the happiness and joy that these sisters were able to share with their mother. Hours after the wedding, Becky Swales passed away, but not before she witnessed her daughters' wedding and had those images in her mind as she breathed her last breaths.

That wedding was captured by Colors of Life Photography. Click the slideshow above to view the beautiful pictures.
