HATBORO, Pa. -

SkyFOX was over the scene where a car was hit by a train shortly after 9 p.m. Friday in Montgomery County.

This happened on South Warminster Road in Upper Moreland just before the train reached the Hatboro station.

Crews rescued someone from the car, placed that person into an ambulance and transported to Abington Memorial Hospital. That person was said to have "traumatic injuries," but there was no immediate word on a condition.

The vehicle was pushed about 250 feet by the train, officials said.

SEPTA terminated train service on the Warminster Regional Rail Line at Willow Grove and running shuttle buses between there and Warminster. Normal train service resumed Saturday morning.
