No Tailgaiting In MetLife Stadium Parking Lot For Super Bowl

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -

The parking lot at MetLife Stadium is going to look a lot different than what we are used to seeing at the Linc.

The NFL is banning grills and won't allow fans to use empty parking spaces to set up their tents and tables.

Officials say this is a standard rule at the Super Bowl. That's because more than half of the stadium's 28,000 parking spaces will be taken up by security and television equipment.

Fans can still bring their own food and drink, and you can still "tailgate" from inside your own car.
