30 Philly High School Students Will Go To White House

PHILADELPHIA -

A big day for students and teachers at Bodine High School of International Affairs in Philadelphia.

This morning, they boarded a bus bound for the White House.

The Philadelphia school district has chosen Bodine to represent the city at the arrival ceremony honoring the French President, François Hollande.

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will also be present.

According to Bodine High School, 30 students are on the trip. Bodine has a partnership with the nonprofit World Affairs Council of Philadelphia to create "global citizens."
