PHILADELPHIA -

The suspect casually strolled out of the shopping center like he paid for all the stuff he just stole. Philadelphia Police Department's East Detectives Division need the public's help to identify the suspect caught on surveillance burglarizing a Wal-Mart.

The incident happened on February 20, 2014, at 6:32 p.m., at the Walmart located at 2200 Wheatsheaf Lane.

Surveillance shows the suspect, wearing a black hat and with some kind of cigarette or joint in his mouth, entering the store and walking through several isles and selecting various electronics, sports cards and clothing.

He then conceals these items and leaves the store with paying for anything, surveillance shows.

When store security attempted to stop the suspect, police say he pushed security to the ground and fled the area on foot.
