Willingboro Man Strikes Brother In Hit And Run Accident

WILLINGBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ -

A Willingboro man is accused of running over his brother with a car and fleeing the scene.

Police responded to the accident scene Saturday at 1:34 pm for reports of a man severely injured in a hit and run accident.

Upon arrival, officers found Lee Person, 31 years old, critically injured after he was struck by a BMW wagon.

Investigators tracked down the vehicle and determined it was operated by Lee Person's brother Lyle Person.

The two were involved in a domestic dispute when Lyle ran down his brother in the car and drove off.

Lyle Person was arrested several hours later and charged with several offenses. He is currently being held on $100,000.00 bail.

Lee Person was airlifted to Cooper Hospital. He is currently listed in critical condition.
