Fast Food Workers Rally For Better Wages

PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia fast food workers are set to join the national fight for better wages.

The inaugural action takes place at this McDonald's at Broad and Girard at 3:30 this afternoon. Lawsuits, in states including California and New York accused restaurant of robbing employees by not paying them overtime, and taking hours off of their time cards.

Now hundreds of workers are joining the movement seeking to raise the minimum wage to 15-dollars an hour and the right to form a union.
