Police in Bucks County say three people face charges after a joint investigation into heroin allegedly being distributed from an apartment.
A search warrant served on the 500 block of Easton Road in Warrington Township led to the arrests, as well as seizure of 250 bags of heroin, approximately $2,000 in cash and a vehicle, police said.
The bust was part of the Bucks County District Attorney's "Heroin Initiative" and was carried out by the Warminster and Warrington township police departments.
According to police, Edward Warner, 29, of the 500 block of Easton Road in Warrington, and Jose Rivera Jr., 23, of the 200 block West Mentor Street in Philadelphia, "are believed to have been a significant source of heroin which was intended to be distributed in Bucks County.
They're charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and criminal use of communications facilities, both felonies, and were remanded to the Bucks County jail in lieu of bail set at 10 percent of $100,000.
Paula Pisechko, 45, also of the 500 block of Easton Road, is being summoned on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, police say.
