Savings Bonds, Watches, Jewelry Stolen From Apartments

Police are looking for a man who they say is connected to multiple residential burglaries in Wissahickon Park.

On March 7 at 10:25 p.m., an unknown male entered the DuPont Tower Apartments on 6100 Henry Avenue. Police say he gained access to several apartments by forcing the front doors open.

The burglar took $15,600 in savings bonds, numerous pieces of gold jewelry valued at $4,000 and four watches worth $2,100 total: a brown Diesel; a gold Diesel; a white Armani; and a black Armani.

The suspect fled the building on foot carrying a red and green shoulder bag.
