Internet Inspiration,Griffin The Bulldog, Dies

 The bulldog with a disability who overcame all obstacles, and in the process, inspired thousands around the world has passed away.

Griffin, 5 years old, died after a months-long battle with cancer.

Griffin became an unlikely Internet hero with his wheelchair and the love and support of thousands across the globe

His owners say they're grateful for the support they're getting this weekend.

They plan to keep griffin's legacy going with the donations they've receive on their website.

"We will be working out a way to provide a financial assistance to dogs, particularly dogs that have mobility issues, so that Griffin's legacy can live on and help other dogs in the future. And we will share those stories on his page so that his spirit can continue," says Griffin's owner, Lisa Basset.

Bassett and her husband say that since they posted news of griffin's passing Friday night the story has been shared more than 100,000times all over the world.
