The City of Burlington Police Department is looking for an armed man who they say robbed an employee at the Playhouse Lounge, located on Route 130 South in Burlington City on Sunday, April 4, 2014 at approximately 12:30 a.m.

According to police, the initial investigation revealed that the employee stepped outside for a break when the suspect armed with a handgun approached and demanded the victim's belongings. Police say the suspect was able to get away with cash and the victim's purse.

Police describe the suspect as a light skinned black or Hispanic male, mid to late twenties, approximately 5'9" in height, average build. Police say he was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and sneakers. The suspect is also described as having a beard and freckles around his nose and under his eyes.
